Birthday Cakes Newbridge South Wales 

Hi, I’m Caroline, my passion is creating birthday cakes in Newbridge South Wales. I was interested in baking from an early age and used to bake with my nan. My background is in Catering, Confectionery, and Sugarcraft. 

I have been delivering food safety courses and sugarcraft courses for over 20 years for the local council. In 2015 I was made redundant and decided to start my teaching and cake business full time. I enjoy creating and designing different types of cakes for people, usually, I am kept on my toes with new challenges. It is so rewarding teaching learners new skills and it’s great seeing their faces when they have created a birthday cake they thought they couldn’t do.

We deliver group courses, Children’s parties, and 1-2-1 courses. I  am working on online tutorials at present as I get asked how I create different celebration and birthday cakes. We also create cupcakes, cupcake bouquets, boards, and Bento boxes for any occasion

I also provide decorating cookie sets for children for any occasion which is a great success as children are so creative and love a challenge. They make great party bags and wedding favors.

Teaching, I have been delivering cake decorating courses for over 20 years in South Wales.  We also have online Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Courses, which are very thorough and you get an online completion certificate when you pass.
