I came across Confectionery and Training whilst looking for hot chocolate bombs at Christmas. Ordered them and they were amazing. Then saw Caroline provides cake decorating online classes during lockdown so I signed up. Through Caroline’s guidance and easy step-by-step demonstrations, tips, and techniques I soon mastered so many new skills and how to perfect everything from ganache to buttercream to icing. I loved the courses that flew by and they have given me the confidence and skills to practice what I have learned. I will now make cakes for friends and family which they all love. I would recommend Caroline’s courses and her cakes and biscuits which I’ve also had. The biscuit boxes are fab to send in the post.
